Technical Assistance and Training

trainingThe Technical Assistance and Training (TAT) Action Team is focused on developing a state-wide system for training individuals in the Positive Youth Development (PYD) approach. In addition, they are exploring ways in which to provide technical assistance and coaching to recipients of these PYD 101 trainings.

This group is foundational to the CO9to25 plan because it focuses not on starting services or programs, but ensures that Positive Youth Development is the approach for developing and implementing services at the local, county, and state level.

The TAT Action Team’s primary project thus far has been the development of a state-wide Positive Youth Development training program and technical assistance/coaching network. The team is currently in the process of establishing the training curriculum and the organization for the training network. We look forward to sharing the results of this work with the greater Colorado community soon!
