The purpose of the survey was to gather information to create a geographic map of youth-serving organizations and initiatives across the state. The survey also asked questions about the use of positive youth development approaches in delivering programs and services for youth ages 9 to 25 and the areas of focus of the programs and services in regard to the five goals of CO9to25 and associated indicators of youth well-being.
