Andrus Family Fund is looking to give away beaucoup money in grants to help in your youth work!

by co9to25

unnamed (56)

I am excited to announce that the Andrus Family Fund is now accepting Letters of Inquiry(LOIs) for our May 2015 grant cycle. The Andrus Family Fund fosters just and sustainable change in the United States. We do this by supporting organizations that advance social justice and improve outcomes for vulnerable youth ages 16-24. Our work is guided by a strong commitment to social and racial equity. We envision a just society in which vulnerable youth have more than one opportunity for a good life and thus are looking to partner with organizations in the United States that make the connections that our most vulnerable young people need to live long and successful lives.

Therefore we invite innovative and bold organizations that provide and deliver high quality direct services which are developmentally and culturally appropriate for older youth to be successful and thrive. Yet because we know that this can’t all happen at the individual level we are also supporting national and local organizations that are working to make sure communities are equipped with the tools and knowledge to advocate for policies that support the well-being of our most vulnerable young people and their communities. As we embark on our new strategy we want to make sure that we are keeping true to the voice of those most impacted by unjust systems and policies. We will continue to partner with organizations and groups that are actively and authentically organizing communities to be at the center of the change they seek for their families and their communities. We believe that through these systemic changes a more stable and just environment can be created.

Please visit our website for more information on our work and if you are ready to begin the LOI process please go directly to: https://www.grantrequest.com/SID_365/?SA=SNA&FID=35089&MODE=PREVIEW

Successful LOIs will be invited to submit a full proposals. Grants will range from $25,000 - $200,000 per year. Please submit your Letter of Inquiry by February 11th, 2015(COB) Eastern Standard Time. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 212.687.6975 or via email at info@affund.org.
