AT THE EVENT ON MAY 28:
- Every co-sponsor will have one 6-foot table to promote outreach materials for your agency. Please plan to send 1 staff member to represent your agency for this. This person will not be charged admission. Please plan to arrive by 6 pm and have the booth set up by 6:30 pm. (Screening begins at 7.)
AFTER THE EVENT/ Continuing the Conversation…
- A link to preview the film will be sent to each co-sponsor primary contact in the next few days. Please view the film and make notes of primary points/themes you want to carry forward in the future. Our committee will be meeting in the next 2 weeks to finalize panel discussion questions and to plan “take-away” items/action steps. Your attendance at that meeting is encouraged, so we can have a comprehensive plan for continuing the conversation after the screening.
